We understand that every business is unique and we look at potential acquisitions on a case by case basis. In general, we are looking for businesses that meet the following criteria:

Revenue: We are looking for established businesses that have over $500,000 in annual revenue

Employees: We love businesses where the employees are as dedicated to the overall success as the owners and look for long term employees who want to stay with the business

Strong outlook: A base of repeat customers in an industry that supports growth
