Our Process
Getting to know each other
We know you have put a lifetime of effort into building your business and we want to hear all about it. We will start the process with an introductory phone call to learn more about your business and for you to learn more about us. We will then hold in person meetings to continue with the process and make sure that it is a good fit for both parties. At the end of this phase, we want you to feel confident that your business will be in good, safe hands and that your legacy will be protected.
Getting to know your business
After our introductions, we will start to learn more about your business from a financial, operational, customer, and employee perspective. We do everything that we can to make the process as easy as possible for you and your team. Once we have an initial picture of your business, we will provide you with a letter of intent, and will deepen our financial analysis to move to a final agreement.
A seamless transition
To transition the business in a way that creates a win-win we will customize our approach based on a few factors:
Capital structure - What deal structure works best for you and your future plans?
Involvement - What are your expectations for involvement in the future? What does the next stage of life hold for you?
Handover - How can we communicate the ownership change to employees, vendors and customers in the best way?
